In order to meet the demand for small batches of glass bottles in the market, the company plans to build a Cape Glass (Jiangsu) factory. Cape Glass has become a modern manufacturing enterprise integrating scientific research. The Jiangsu factory is mainly engaged in high-end glass bottle products with small batches, multiple specifications and fine processing. It has a series of production lines from glass melting to deep processing and decoration. The Jiangsu factory broke the traditional hot-melt method and turned to electric energy as the melting energy to achieve low-carbon and green production.



Advantages of Jiangsu factory:

a) Small batches. At present, the economic volume of wine bottles varies from 200,000 bottles to 1 million bottles according to different capacities, and Cape can meet the quantity needs of customers ranging from 5,000 bottles to 100,000 bottles.

2) Multiple specifications. Kipor is equipped with a fully automatic robotic arm + multi-material heavy servo feeding system, and its specifications can meet various capacity products from 375ml-15L-30L. Cape Glass is the only independent, R&D and production manufacturer in China that realizes the mass production of 15L large-capacity wine bottles.

3) Material color and replacement quantity are more flexible. Because of the electric melting method, the color can be richer.

4) Finishing. Mature decals, heat transfer printing, spray painting, frosting, silk screen printing, polishing and other processes can provide customers with a higher-end product experience.
